    EY EAN Overview

    EY Entrepreneurs Access Network (EAN) is a 12month mentoring and business accelerator program for Black and Latino entrepreneurs whose enterprises show potential to scale. Through access to EY professionals, networks and an entrepreneurial ecosystem, pioneering founders secure the resources, advice, operational know-how and community needed to unleash their ambitions, and expand their companies to full potential.

      • 17.9% of Revenue is between $500,000 – $1 million
      • 21.4% Revenue is between $1 million – $5 million
      • 16,7% Revenue is over $5 million

    Conrad Meertins

    Conrad attended St. John’s University in Queens, New York, for his Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Computer Science and Master of Science in Mathematics (M.S). After moving to Georgia, he received his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). Currently, Conrad is in the process of obtaining his Ph.D. in Cybersecurity.

    While living in New York, he was an Assistant Vice-President at Citibank/Citicorp Brokerage and Manager at Salomon’s Brothers Brokerage on Wall Street. The software he helped to write traded billions of dollars daily. In Georgia, Conrad held various leadership roles at Sprint, the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Internet Security System (ISS), and HD Supply, to name a few. CDC- 6 years developing system to bring States AIDS and HIV data into a consolidated CDC system. Georgia Department of Public Health – 5 years protecting GRITS, COVID-19, and other HIPPA data.
